| Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation (RLT) was incorporated on July 13, 1981. The principal activities of RLT include the acquisition, development, sale and lease of all kinds of real estate and personal properties, and as an investment and holding company. On February 9, 2016, the SEC approved the Company's quasi-reorganization reducing the par value of its shares and the additional paid in capital arising from the reduction of the par value will be subsequently applied to the Company's accumulated deficit. On January 4, 2017, the Regional Trail Court Branch 93 of Quezon City issued a Certificate of Finality to certify that the order issued dated March 18, 2014 has become final and executory. RLT's subsidiaries consist of PRHC Property Managers, Inc., Tektite Insurance Brokers, Inc., Universal Travel Corporation, and Sultan Power Inc. These subsidiaries are engaged in various businesses such as property management, insurance brokerage, travel services, and sale and leasing of managed buildings and real estate.
