Arran Investment PTE Ltd elected to exercise its Holder Conversion Right in respect of the remaining balance of the Equity Linked Securities amounting to Three Billion Four Hundred Forty Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP3,443,750,000.00) out of the principal amount of Five Billion Two Hundred and Eighty Million Pesos (PhP5,280,000,000.00) into Four Hundred Seventy-Five Million (475,000,000) Shares (“ELS Shares”). The Company is given a period until 28 February 2022 to issue the ELS Shares.
