(the “Bank”), at its regular meeting held December 4, 2021 noted the retirement of the Senior Officers of the Bank indicated below. Finally, the Board noted the withdrawal by MR. ALEXANDER FRANCIS DREYFUS DEATO of his acceptance of appointment as Senior Vice President for Information Technology Group/ Project Implementation Partnering as disclosed to the Exchange last November 17, 2021. The appointment of Mr. Deato was approved by the Board on October 23, 2021. Thank you.
