Acquisition of Silmi Island |

Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM) hereby disclose that it has signed a real estate sales agreement for the purchase of the Silmi Island in the Republic of Korea. Silmi Island has an area of 20.96 hectares and is adjacent to the 12.2 hectares property in Muui Island subject of the acquisition agreements that Bloomberry disclosed on 27 January 2015. Silmi Island is also within in the coverage of the Incheon Free Economic Zone and is also intended to be developed into a leisure and tourism complex with entertainment facilities and mixed use developments. The Silmi Island property will also be acquired by Solaire Korea Co. Ltd., a Korean subsidiary company of Bloomberry. Details of the transaction will be disclosed when conditions for the transaction are complied with. |
