AbaCore Capital Holdings, Inc. would like to request for extension of deadline to submit its Quarterly Report for the period ended June 30, 2022. The Company will not be able to file the above-mentioned report on its deadline of August 15, 2022 because it is still in the process of completing the consolidated financial statements of the Registrant and its subsidiaries for the second quarter of 2022. The Corporation undertakes to submit the report within five (5) calendar days after the prescribed deadline. The management of the Corporation understands that failure to comply with the undertaking will result in the imposition of applicable penalties and sanctions.
