Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report

The Company foresees its inability to file its Quarterly Report for the period ending June 30, 2022 on or before August 15, 2022 because Management needs more time to review the Quarterly Report in view of the passing of the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Gener T. Mendoza. The Company is requesting for additional period of five (5) days or until August 20, 2022 to submit its Quarterly Report for the period ending June 30, 2022.
