Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report

A Brown Company, Inc. would like to request for extension of deadline to submit its SEC Form 17- Q (Quarter Report) for the 2nd Quarter of 2022. The Company will not be able to file its SEC Form 17-Q (Quarter Report) – 2nd Quarter 2022 because the Company has yet to complete the consolidation and review of its financial statements including the management and discussion analysis and does not expect to complete the same on the prescribed date of August 15, 2022. The Company hereby undertakes to submit the report on or before the extended deadline allowed by the SRC Rule.
