Reason for requesting extension to submit Quarterly Report
We are requesting for an extension to submit the Second Quarter report to a later date within the extension prescribed by the SRC Rules to give us more time to review and finalize the said report. The delay in the finalization was due to the work limitations brought about by the COVID 19 pandemic.
