Concrete Aggregates Corporation entered into these Mineral Production Sharing Agreements (MPSAs) with the Philippine Government for commercial production of aggregate materials from certain areas in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, particularly MPSA-032-95-IV, approved on 29 December 1995 and expiring on 29 December 2045 covering an area of 192.00 hectares and MPSA-055-96-IV approved on 23 October 1996 and expiring on 23 October 2046 covering an area of 19.99 hectares. CAC likewise agreed with Batong Angono Aggregates Corporation (now Helix Aggregates, Inc.) for the exploration, development and utilization/operation of the aforesaid MPSAs Moreover, the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) approved the renewal of MPSA Nos. 032-95-IV and 055-96-IV for another 25-year term on 24 March 2021, subject to compliance by CAC with the terms and conditions of the said Contracts.The MGB confirms that the MPSAs of CAC remain valid and existing.
