Please be informed that during its regular meeting on 18 January 2023, the Executive Committee of China Banking Corporation (the "Bank") took up and approved the interlocking appointment of MR. JOSE L. OSMEÑA, JR., Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Banking Business Segment, as Director of Bank subsidiary, China Bank Savings, Inc., effective 15 December 2022. The above interlocking appointment was confirmed by the Board of Directors in its regular meeting held today, 01 February 2023.
