At the BOD meeting held today , August 05, 2016, the Board approved the creation of the Related Party Transactions Committee with the following members: 1. Mr. Cesar E.A. Virata - Chairman 2. Mr. Washington Z. Sycip - Member 3. Mr. Gregorio U. Kilayko - Member The Related Party Transaction Committee assesses material agreements with related parties to ensure that the RPT transactions are conducted at market rates and on an arm’s length basis.
