Amelito V. Velarde and Eliseo M. Rio, Jr. tendered their respective resignations as members of the Board of Directors of the Company effective 05 August 2016. During the Joint Organizational and Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, Jan-Olov Conny Dolonius was elected as new member of the Board replacing Mr. Amelito V. Velarde. the replacement of Mr. Rio will be reported to the Exchange as soon as the new director is elected/qualified.
