At today’s meeting of the Corporation’s Board of Directors, the declaration of Thirty Three Centavos (Php 0.33) per share, or an aggregate amount of approximately One Hundred Sixty Million One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos (Php 160,152,478), in cash dividends was approved. The Record Date of the cash dividend shall be on September 12, 2016, and the Payment Date shall be on October 6, 2016.
