The Company's Board of Directors, in its regular meeting held today, approved the following matters: (a) Interim Financial Statements (unaudited) of the Company for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2016 including the Management Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations for issue and release to the SEC and PSE; (b) Share Buyback Program for open market purchase of Company shares with a budget of P200 million; and (c) the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary to be named SBS Holdings Corporation for purpose of holding investments in properties and other assets.
