Mr. Robert Vergara is a nominee director of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS). Since his term of office as the GSIS President and General Manager has ended, he submitted his resignation as director/ Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Corporation. The Corporation received today, November 17, 2016, Mr. Vergara’s resignation letter, which is effective immediately.
