In the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held on 15 December 2016, the Board of Directors approved and authorized the Corporation (as borrower) to enter into an Omnibus Loan and Security Agreement with Altus Capital Corporation for the amount of Php400,000,000.00, to be repaid within 30 months with interest at a rate of 15% per annum.
