During the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Racing Club, Inc. on January 12, 2017, the Board approved the declaration of the cash dividend on the outstanding common shares of the corporation of P0.08 per share out of its unrestricted retained earnings to all stockholders of record as of end of trading day of March 13, 2017 with payment date on April 5, 2017.
