The Board regretfully informs the Exchange that it learned today of the demise of Mr. Enerlito G. de Mesa, an independent director of the Corporation. Mr. de Mesa passed away last January 11, 2017 at 7:00 A.M. (PST in the U.S.) in Burbank, California, U.S.A. The Board has yet to appoint a replacement for Mr. de Mesa.
