Cosco Capital, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Diana D. Dayrit as Assistant Vice President for Corporate Planning and Investor Relations. Ms. Dayrit is an investment banker with over 10 years of experience in capital raising, strategic acquisitions, and business development. Prior to joining Cosco Capital, Inc., Ms. Dayrit was employed under First Metro Investment Corporation, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, and Ernst & Young. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman with major in Business Administration. The company believes that Ms. Dayrit’s experience in the field of investment banking would enable her to represent the company well and contribute to the group’s further growth. Cosco Capital, Inc. would like to congratulate and welcome Ms. Dayrit in her new position.
