Attention: Norby Moreno PSE Disclosure Department This refers to your letter today regarding the news article entitled “Lim leaving ABS-CBN for Dentsu Aegis Network PHL” posted in BusinessWorld Online on February 23, 2017. The article reported in part that: “ABS-CBN Corp. Chief Digital Officer Donald Patrick L. Lim is leaving the media giant to join Dentsu Aegis Network Philippines as chief executive officer. In a statement posted on its Website on Wednesday, Dentsu Aegis Network announced Mr. Lim will succeed Angelito ‘BoyP’ Pangilinan as CEO, effective April 3. ….” We confirm that Donald Lim has tendered his resignation as Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, which shall take effect on 31 March 2017. The ABS-CBN Board of Directors has yet to take action on this matter.
