Please be advised that the Corporation’s Board of Directors, at its meeting on 28 February 2017, has approved the declaration of cash dividend of Nine-and-a-Half Centavos (Php 0.095) per share, for a total dividend payment to its common shareholders of approximately One Billion Pesos (Php1,000,000,000.00). Conformably with the rules of the Exchange, the Record Date to determine the shareholders entitled to receive the cash dividend has been set on 14 March 2017, with the Payment Date set on 30 March 2017.
