ArthaLand Corporation (ALCO) incorporated Savya Land Development Corporation and subscribed to 499,995 common shares thereof at PhP100.00 per share. This wholly-owned subsidiary purchased from Ayala Land, Inc. two parcels of land in Arca South located in Barangay West Bicutan, Taguig City for the total sum of PhP1,052,446,075.07, inclusive of VAT and other charges.
