(IMI), a global manufacturing solutions company, today announced the following: On April 6, 2017, IMI has entered into an agreement with the shareholders of STI Enterprises Limited for the acquisition by IMI, through its subsidiary Integrated Micro-Electronics UK Limited, of an 80% stake in STI. The closing of the transaction is subject to completion conditions and regulatory approval.
