This is in relation to the news article entitled “Ayala-led IMI setting sights on Russian market” published in BusinessWorld on April 9, 2017. The article reported in part that: “INTEGRATED Micro-electronics, Inc. (IMI) is planning to expand into the Russian market, once its manufacturing facility in Serbia starts operations next year. . . . . ” This is to clarify that the statement pertains to proximity of the Serbia facility to the Russian market once operational but does not imply geographical expansion of business in Russia
