We would like to inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors of Directors of EW, in its special meeting today, approved the declaration of Five Hundred Million Pesos (Php500,000,000.00) cash dividends or Php0.33334 per share on the outstanding capital stock of the Bank of 1,499,983,610 shares, with a record date of May 9, 2017 and payment date of May 29, 2017. The dividend represents 15% of 2016 net income of Php3.4 billion.
