The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Abelardo P. Basilio as the new Data Protection Officer of the Company, to perform the duties mandated and required by applicable laws. Mr. Basilio replaced Mr. Geodino V. Carpio as Data Protection Officer. Mr. Carpio remains to be the Chief Operation Officer for Manila Water Operations ("MWO") and Group Director for Corporate Operations, MWO.
