The proceedings relate to the oil spill which took place two years ago in September 2015 during strong wind and heavy rains at the cement manufacturing facility of one of CHP’s subsidiary, SOLID Cement Corporation (“SOLID Cement”). This incident involved the spillage of heavy fuel oil that overflowed from one of SOLID Cement’s storage tanks and was among the matters disclosed in CHP’s prospectus for its IPO last year. |
