The Philodrill Corporation and Mr. Reynaldo E. Nazarea filed a complaint for Perjury against Mr. Francisco A. Navarro before the City Prosecutor of Mandaluyong, when the latter made willful and deliberate assertion of falsehoods in his statements or affidavits filed in relation to an earlier case filed by Mr. Navarro before the NLRC which was subsequently dismissed for utter lack of merit and the complaint for Falsification of Public Documents filed before the City Prosecutor of Mandaluyong, which was likewise dismissed for want of probable cause. |
