First Philippine Holdings Corporation (“FPH”) is sad to announce the untimely passing of Mr. Ferdinand Edwin S. CoSeteng, Executive Vice President and a valued member of its board of directors. He joined FPH in 2011. He was a member of the Audit, Finance & Investment and Board Risk Oversight Committees. He likewise served as President of First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc. and of First Philippine Electric Corporation.
