Background/Description of the Disclosure
Please be informed that as of October 18, 2017, an aggregate principal amount of Eight Million Fifty Thousand Pesos (P8,050,000.00) in Homestarter Bonds have been retired following the exercise by various bondholders of their Early Down Payment Application option. In this regard, a total principal of Two Billion Nine Hundred Ninety-One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P2,991,950,000.00) in Homestarter Bonds remain outstanding and listed on the PDEx.
