Concession Agreement between Calasiao Water Company, Inc. and Calasiao Water District
Background/Description of the Disclosure
In relation to our disclosure dated June 19, 2017, please be informed that today, Calasiao Water Company, Inc. (“Calasiao Water”) and the Calasiao Water District (“CWD”) have signed and executed a Concession Agreement for the design, construction, rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, financing, expansion and management of the water supply system in the Municipality of Calasiao in the Province of Pangasinan for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the Commencement Date. Calasiao Water is a joint venture between Manila Water Company, Inc. (“Manila Water”) and the CWD, wherein Manila Water and CWD hold 90% and 10% of the outstanding capital stock, respectively.
