Background/Description of the Disclosure
We would like to inform the Exchange that this afternoon, the Company executed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (CEEC). The purpose of the MOU is to confirm that both parties have an interest in exploring the possibility of investing, constructing, developing and operating liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects in the Philippines. CEEC is a foreign company based in Beijing, China which is engaged in the business of exploration, development and construction of energy projects.
