Further to the disclosure dated 10 November 2017, First Philippine Holdings Corporation's (FPH) engagement of Securities Transfer Services, Inc. has been extended to 10 January 2018 in order to have ample time to ensure a smooth turn-over and finalize the appointment of a new stock transfer agent. This was set to expire on December 15, 2017. FPH will advise the Exchange once the appointment is finalized.
