Signing of the Pre-Development Agreement with Global Business Power Corporation
Background/Description of the Disclosure
On December 1, 2017, Vivant Integrated Generation Corporation (VIGC) signed a Pre-Development Agreement (PDA) with Global Business Power Corporation (GBPC) to jointly participate through Lunar Powercore, Inc. in a project under a special purpose vehicle Global Luzon Energy Development Corporation (GLEDC). GLEDC will undertake the financing, design, procurement, construction, testing, commission, operation and maintenance of a 2 x 335 MW coal-fired power plant in Luna, Province of La Union. VIGC and GBPC have allocated the amount of Php450 Million for the activities to be conducted under the PDA.
