Please be advised that during today’s meeting of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ignacio A. Manipula has been appointed as the Sr. Vice President-Chief Finance Officer effective January 1, 2018. Atty. Marie Antonette U. Quinito, will remain as Chief Finance Officer until the end of the year and thereafter will be appointed as Vice President-Comptroller beginning 2018. Please see Annex A for brief description of Mr. Manipula.
