In the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of Megawide Construction Corporation (the “Corporation”) held on December 11, 2017, the Board declared cash dividends for Common Shares at P0.05 per share. The cash dividends are payable on December 29, 2017 to all common stockholders of record as of December 26, 2017. The dividends shall be paid out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation distributable as dividends as of December 31, 2016.
