Further to the disclosure dated 30 October 2017, the Company's engagement of Securities Transfer Services, Inc. has been extended to 10 January 2018 to facilitate the smooth transfer and transition of the Company's records. Furthermore, in view of the conclusion of its agreement with Securities Transfer Services, Inc. effective 10 January 2018, the Company will be engaging Stock Transfer Service, Inc. as its new stock transfer agent.
