We wish to inform the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on December 18, 2017 Allied Leasing and Finance Corporation's application for the amendment of its Articles of Incorporation, particularly Article IV by shortening the term of its existence, thereby dissolving the corporation. We advise you that the said dissolution does not have any material effect to the Bank. We trust you will take proper note of the above.
