The Company requests for a halt in the trading of its shares in view of the disclosure of material information regarding its acquisition thru its subsidiary, Lence Holdings Corporation ("LHC") of a warehouse faciity complex located in Calamba City, Province of Laguna comprising of land, buildings, improvements and machinery LHC is a newly incorporated holding company which is 65% owned by the Corporation, 25% by the Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation and 10% by the Sytengco family.
