Clarification of News Report
As we had previously disclosed, the Company is exploring the possible redevelopment of its two buildings in Makati - the Ramon Cojuangco Building and adjacent Makati General Office, in relation to its plan to develop and move to a new headquarters. While discussions on the redevelopment plans are at a very preliminary stage, the NTT Group is among those being considered to be tapped for the proposed redevelopment. The Company will make the appropriate disclosure when any redevelopment plan and agreement with the selected partner/s shall have finalized.
