The notice of approval provides that the Board of Directors of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc., in its meeting on 13 December 2017, approved, subject to certain conditions, the application of the Company to list additional shares of 157,975,512 common shares ("Rights Shares") to cover the company's 1:2.6 Stock Rights Offering to all stockholders as of record date of January 12, 2018.
