That in the meeting today, 29 May 2017, the Board approved the extension of the corporate term of Victorias Milling Company, Inc. for another fifty (50) years, effective 25 April 2019. The board likewise approved the amendment of fourth article of the Amended Articles of the Corporation dated 23 May 2017, to read as follows: “FOURTH - The corporate term according to the Corporation’s Amended Articles of Incorporation is for fifty (50) years starting 07 May 1969. Thus, the corporate term of the Corporation is hereby extended for an additional period of fifty (50) years effective 25 April 2019.”
