Please be informed that Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., AC Infrastructure Holdings Corporation, Alliance Global Group Inc., AEDC, Filinvest Development Corporation, JG Summit Holdings, Inc. and Metro Pacific Investments Corporation submitted today its unsolicited proposal for the rehabilitation, upgrade, expansion, operation, and maintenance of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
The consortium has engaged Changi Airports Consultants Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changi Airports International Pte. Ltd. (and its affiliates, together “CAI Group”) and a leading airport consultant and manager in the global aviation market, to provide technical support in the areas of master planning, operations optimization, and commercial development.
