In its meeting held yesterday afternoon, 15 March 2018, the Board of Directors of Concrete Aggregates Corp. ("CAC") approved the (1) amendment of the Fourth Article of the Articles of Incorporation to extend the corporate term of the Corporation for another fifty years, and (2) the amendment of the Second Article of the Articles of Incorporation to provide in greater detail the secondary purposes of CAC relating to real estate, both subject to the approval of CAC's stockholders.
