Background/Description of the Disclosure

Please be informed that Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) signed a Deed of Absolute Sale with Central Azucarera de Tarlac, Inc. for the acquisition of several parcels of land with an aggregate area of approximately 290 hectares located in Barangay Central, City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.

This transaction is part of ALI’s normal course of business and is not considered material.
