Clarification of News Report
We write with respect to the news article entitled “Anchor Land set to launch P6-B project near Entertainment City” posted in BusinessMirror (Internet Edition) on April 15, 2018. The article reported in part that: “ANCHOR Land Holdings Inc., a boutique property developer, said it will launch its fifth project in Aseana City in Pasay. The company said it will soon launch Copeton Baysuites, a residential condominium with 696 units. ’Copeton is strategically master planned to provide residents easy access to Aseana’s entertainment and gaming complexes, and the magnificent Manila Bay Sunset,’ Anchor Land CEO Steve Li said. . . . . The company said it will spend P6 billion for the project. . . . . Copeton Baysuites, located across the upcoming Ayala Mall Bay Area, will open in 2019. . . .” We wish to confirm the details of the news article. However, we wish to clarify that Copeton Baysuites is not set to open on 2019. The statement which read: "Copeton Baysuites, located across the upcoming Ayala Mall Bay Area, will open in 2019." seems to be a typographical error as it is the Ayala Mall that is set to open in 2019. Thus, the sentence should have read: "Copeton Baysuites is located across the upcoming Ayala Mall Bay Area, which will open in 2019."
