VMC today filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Motion for the alteration or modification of its Rehabilitation Plan.  The proposed alteration or modification seeks to address the unresolved and contingent liabilities of VMC consisting of the Refined Sugar Delivery Orders (RSDO) and Refined Sugar Quedans (RSQ), purportedly issued by VMC and used by North Negros Marketing Company, Inc. (NONEMARCO) to secure the loans of NONEMARCO with certain banks.
