Background/Description of the Disclosure
Golden Gourmet Limited (GGL) was a subsidiary of Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures Inc.( SPAVI) incorporated under the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong. SPAVI applied for the voluntary deregistration of GGL as part of the streamlining of its corporate structure. Said application for voluntary deregistration was approved on April 13, 2018. Notice of said deregistration was received by SPAVI today, April 19, 2018.
