Please be advised that in a meeting held today, the Corporation’s Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of Management, and consistent with the Corporation’s dividend declaration policy, approved the declaration of cash dividend amounting to Sixty Centavos (P0.60) per share which is to be paid in two tranches. Conformably with the rules of the Commission and of the Philippine Stock Exchange, the Record Dates and the Payment Dates for the two tranches of the foregoing cash dividend declaration shall be as follows: First Tranche : Amount of Dividend - P0.30/share Record Date - 14 May 2018 (Monday) Payment Date - 31 May 2018 Second Tranche : Amount of Dividend - P0.30/share Record Date - 3 August 2018 (Friday) Payment Date - 31 August 2018
