Please be advised that in a meeting held today, the Bank's Board of Directors, upon recommendation of Management, approved the declaration of cash dividends amounting to One Peso and Sixty Centavos (P1.60) per share which is to be paid in two tranches. Conformably with the rules of the Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange, the Record Dates and Payment Dates for the two tranches of the following cash dividend declaration shall be as follows: First Tranche : Amount of Dividend - P1.00/share Record date - 15 May 2018 (Tuesday) Payment Date - 31 May 2018 Second Tranche : Amount of Dividend - P0.60/share Record date - 03 August 2018 (Friday) Payment Date - 10 August 2018
